I do not sell your information. I do not share your phone number with anyone for marketing. There is a chat box on this site, and whatever you type into it comes to me. Nothing else on the site collects anything. If you call me or text me, I have your number, and I use it to answer you.
The chat box. If you open it and send a message, I get what you typed. If you give it your name, email address, or phone number, I get those too. It is run for me by LeadConnector, the software that also sends my text messages, and it stores a small identifier in your browser so the conversation stays connected while you are on the page. Do not open it and you send me nothing.
If you give the chat your phone number and ask me to text you, that is you asking to be texted. You can stop it at any time by replying STOP.
Nothing else. No newsletter signup, no analytics script, and no advertising pixel on 44agentics.com. The email links on this site open your own email program, and nothing reaches me until you press send.
The host that serves the site keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and uptime. I do not use those logs to identify anyone.
That is it. I do not buy lead lists and I do not accept them.
I do not use your number for anything you did not contact me about.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors who provide support services, such as the messaging platform that delivers the texts, is permitted. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. That information is not shared with any third party.
In plain words: your number and the fact that you agreed to be texted stay with me. They do not get passed on, rented, or sold.
You get a text from 44 Agentics in one of two situations. You called or texted this business first, or you gave your number and asked to be contacted, including through the chat box on this website.
LeadConnector, the software that runs the chat box, sends the messages, and stores the conversation. That is a service provider doing a job for me, and it is not allowed to use your information for its own purposes. Beyond that, nobody, unless a law or a court requires it.
As long as we are working together, and for a period after that for tax and record keeping. If you opt out, your number stays on a do not contact list, because that is the only way to be sure you are not texted again.
Email me and ask. I will delete what I have, apart from the opt out record explained above, and I will tell you when it is done.
This business is for business owners. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
If this policy changes, the new version goes on this page with a new date at the top.
