What these terms cover

These terms cover your use of 44agentics.com, the chat box on it, and any text messages that come from contacting me here. They are not the contract for paid work.

If you hire me, a separate services agreement covers the work. You accept it at checkout or by signing it electronically. It covers the work, the price, what you owe me and what I owe you. If it ever disagrees with this page, that agreement wins.

Who you are dealing with

One person, Jamaal Muldrow. There is no support team and no call center.

What I do

I build small automations for service businesses. Missed call text back, booking and reminders, lead follow up, website chat, and website builds and hosting. Using this site does not hire me and does not start any of that. Work starts when you accept the services agreement and pay at checkout.

Text messages

If you call this business, or you give your number in the chat box and ask to be contacted, you may get a text from me.

• Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts. It removes you from everything, not just the message you replied to.
• Reply HELP for help, or email jamaalmuldrow@44agentics.com.
• Message frequency varies with what you asked for.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Texts are sent between 8am and 9pm in your local time.

What I do with your number is in the privacy policy. The short version is that I do not sell it and I do not share it for marketing.

The chat box

Whatever you type into it comes to me and I answer it myself. Nothing answers automatically. I am one person, so a reply can take hours. If something is urgent, call.

Do not put anything sensitive in it. No card numbers, no account passwords, no social security numbers. I will never ask you for those in a chat or a text.

Prices on this site

Prices shown here are real and current, and they are a starting point, not a quote. What your job costs depends on what your job is. You get a firm number from me in writing before anything starts, and nothing is owed until you agree to it.

The calculator

The missed call calculator on the home page is an estimate built from published industry figures, and every source is named on the page. It uses averages. It is not a projection of what your business will earn or lose, and nothing about it is a promise.

What I do not promise

This website is provided as it is. I keep it accurate and I keep it up, but I do not guarantee it is without errors or always available, and I am not liable for a decision you make based on something you read here. Any promise about actual work lives in the signed services agreement, not on this page.

What I ask of you

• Do not use the chat box to send spam, threats, or anything illegal
• Do not try to break, scrape, or overload the site
• Do not submit somebody else's phone number as your own

I can block anyone who does.

Other people's stuff

The chat box is run by LeadConnector and the site is hosted by Netlify. They have their own terms. Links to anything outside this site are not an endorsement and I do not control what is on them.

What belongs to me

The writing, the design, the logo, and the calculator on this site are mine. Read them, use what you learn, build your own thing with it. Do not copy the pages wholesale and put your name on them.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version goes on this page with a new date at the top.

Which law applies

North Carolina law, and any dispute goes to the state or federal courts in Onslow County, North Carolina.
