This is the whole agreement between 44 Agentics LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company at 365 Huffmantown Rd Lot 1, Richlands, NC 28574 ("we"), and the business named below ("you"). It starts the day you sign. There is no long term contract.

1. What we do. For 14 days, at no charge, we ask your past customers to leave you a Google review, we answer the reviews you get, and we watch for new ones. In return we ask for your honest feedback, one short call around day 10. It is requested, not required, and it never changes your price. After the 14 days this is the $97 a month review plan. If you have no website, or only a Facebook page, a one page website is included with your plan, no build fee. You see a private preview during the 14 days. It goes live on your own domain after your first monthly charge, and we register that domain in your name. It stays live while your plan is active, and includes up to two small changes a month. Any other plan is a separate plan with its own one page agreement, and you are never signed up for one by this agreement.

2. What you pay. Nothing for the first 14 days. We keep a card on file today. If you do not cancel before day 14 ends, we charge $97 on day 15 and the same amount every month after that until you cancel. Your price stays the same for as long as you stay with us. We email you a reminder on day 12. Pay yearly instead and save 30 percent: $814.80 for 12 months, charged on day 15 and again each year until you cancel. We email you 14 days before each renewal. If you cancel, we refund every full month you have not used.

3. Cancel anytime. Tell us by email, phone call or text, in one step, with no reason and no fee. Cancel before day 14 ends and you pay nothing. After that you keep the service through the month you already paid. If we charge you and you tell us within 3 days that you meant to cancel, we refund that charge. We can also end this agreement at any time by telling you. Your included website comes down 30 days after your plan ends, and the domain stays yours.

4. Your Google profile. It is yours and stays yours. We ask for manager access, never your password. You can remove us from your profile at any time, and we will help you do it.

5. Your customers. You give us the customers to ask and you confirm you may contact them. We send requests by email unless we both agree in writing to something else. We ask every customer, not only the happy ones. We never write, buy or fake a review.

6. No guarantees. We promise the work. We do not promise rankings, phone calls or a number of reviews. Google and your customers decide those, and results usually take 30 to 60 days.

7. Limits. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the problem. We use your business information only to do this work and we do not sell it.

8. Refer a business, get a month. If you refer another business owner and that business signs up and pays its first $97 charge, we give you one free month of this plan. It comes off your next bill, or adds a month to your year if you pay yearly. The business must be a different business that you do not own. One free month for each business you refer.

9. Not a partnership. We are independent businesses. Neither of us can sign for or bind the other.

10. The rest. North Carolina law applies. Changes must be in writing, and email counts. If one part of this agreement is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
